What is it that makes some movement so remarkable? Why are some dancers so mesmerising ? How do professional sports players seem to control the space around them? Bothmer Gymnastics helps us to understand this and bring about positive change in the quality of our movement.

Bothmer Gymnastics was originally created and developed early in the twentieth century in Germany by Count von Bothmer, in collaboration with Rudolf Steiner. The aim of Bothmer is to bring the idea of organic movement into sport, education, therapy and self-development, through a holistic view of the human being.

Please see The Bothmer Movement website for courses and programmes based on these principles, and our new Online Hub for the Bothmer Movement.
