Spatial Dynamics

Spatial Dynamics is the study of the relationship of the moving human being to space. Spatial Dynamics is the internationally trade marked name for a growing body of exercises, games and specially oriented movement activities which attempt to foster healthy development of the body, soul and individual.

This approach to movement is now being used in Steiner schools around the world, and is effective therapeutically to help children with learning disorders. For adults it is also valuable in the areas of self-development, health and for postural problems.
